The breakfast buffet was BIG. it provided plenty of seating. the location is very central, near many bars and restaurants on rue royale and place des armes. parking is behind the hotel. You must follow the one-way system to tom souville.
the room lacked shelves to put things and hang towels!

The hotel has a communal area that is great. breakfast started early. This helped with an early tunnel crossing. the staff stored my bike safely. the location was convenient, being close to the port bus stop.
Otherwise, it can be difficult to find a spot nearby.

The front desk staff was helpful, even when there was a mix up with my bookings. They provided quick and easy check in and check out. the staff accommodated my need for storing my bicycle safely in a secure area.

The room was quiet because it faced the back. the bed was very comfortable. the room was warm, welcome on a cold night. It was a pleasant retreat after a long day of travel.

the room felt old. it didn't feel cozy. i was disappointed by the rebranded i-bis styles experience. this didn't feel like a proper ibis styles experience.
